2023 Grenache Blanc
95% Magnolia Grenache Blanc, Vine Vale, 5% Krondorf Grenache Gris, Krondorf. Barossa Valley. Plantings 2016, 1999. Magnolia - dry farmed, organically grown.  Soil: Deep alluvial granitic sands. Krondorf - Organically farmed. Sandy loam over heavy red clay over a calcareous subsoil. Elevation: 280-332m. 13.4% Alc.
Tasting notes: Jasmine and white roses. Fresh pear, honeydew melon and minerals.  A wonderfully soft texture through the palate with white stone fruits and a light spice and persistent mineral line. I find Grenache Blanc so interesting and damn drinkable and that’s why we ended up planting it.  A must try if you haven’t before. For those that have tried it, you’ll love this one too.
