Dry farmed, organically farmed, from 1941, 1971 and 1975 planted vines.  Vintages 2022 50%, 2023 25%, 2021 25%  Soil: Deep alluvial granitic sands. Elevation: 312-322m. 13.0% Alc.

Tasting notes:  An attractive nutty, oxidative edge to start that slides into a wonderfully energetic saline and seashell minerally wash.  Reminiscent of a topped wine from the Jura. A textural component that is balanced with the lively lemon-saline thread leaving a mouthwatering finish.  Begs for Comte cheese or the like, a wonderful food wine.  Texture, line and length.  Minerals and pureness.  A moreish appeal that leaves you hanging for more.
