100% Shiraz - Magnolia Vineyard, Vine Vale, Barossa Valley.
Dry farmed, organically and regeneratively farmed, Three plantings, 1986 25%, 2010 50%, 2017 25%. Soil: Deep alluvial granitic sands. Elevation: 305-335m. Handpicked, 100% hand destemmed, 3 week wild yeast fermentation/skin contact.  Basket pressed to 50% French oak puncheons and 50% French oak hogsheads for 20 months. No fining or filtration. 14.2% Alc.  Mail Order: $35/bottle.
 
Tasting Notes: Opulent red-black fruits run with char, carbon and violets. Spiced meat – pepper steak, soy, fresh fig and minerals.  Juicy, vibrant and lush fruited palate with lovely flow, softness and purity.  Fine silky/sandy tannin with subtle length through the back palate.
