2021 Rosé
75% Grenache, 25%  Bushvine Mataro - Krondorf Vineyard, Barossa Valley. Plantings 1999, 2014, 1903.  Organically farmed, single vineyard. Soil: Sandy loam over heavy red clay over marl and calcareous subsoil. No fining, no filtration. 12.1% Alc.
 
Tasting notes: Strawberry, strawberry and cream with faint spice and dried herb tones.  Great balance of fruity and savoury aromatics. Pinky-red fruited palate of strawberry, guava and watermelon.  Lovely flow through the mouth with light mouth-watering fruit, savoury tones and subtle spice with subtle length. High drinkability. This is a dry rosé more akin to those of Southern France.
