100% Grenache - Krondorf Vineyard, Barossa Valley. Organically farmed, single vineyard. Single block planted in 1903. No fining, no filtration. Soil: Sandy loam over heavy red clay over marl and calcareous subsoil. No fining, no filtration.  14.2% Alc.
 
Tasting notes: Deep fresh red raspberry fruit, wet slate, anise and faint cinnamon.  Red liquorice, musk sticks, fresh tobacco and spice. Pure and voluminous fresh red raspberry fruited palate with mineral lines with a long, fine spicy red fruit finish.  So much volume in the red fruit spectrum on bothe the nose and palate.
